The Old MLM adage!

MLM Duplication but is that too old school?

Alright guys… today I will be talking about something that’s so crucial to your MLM business and that’s duplication my friends! Now this goes out to those die hard internet marketers out there, because I know that some or even most of you are getting down and dirty in the internet marketing game but forget this old adage of MLM duplication!

Now this doesn’t mean that I am NOT addressing the marketers out there that work strictly or mainly offline because this is actually an offline strategy but duplication also relates to online strategies as well!

All of you internet marketers and offline marketers should take MLM duplication very seriously!
Write this down or bookmark this page because you definitely want to come back to this and build your MLM career around this concept! Importantly share this with your downline and your future team.

Guys and gals, it totally doesn’t matter what works!! What matters is what duplicates! There is a lot of you out there that are so talented and skilled! Believe me I know. I see it all around me! My old upline in the MLM company I was in, was an animal! This guy was recruiting 20-25 people a month! While I was maybe recruiting 5-10 people a month in the biz! Not only was he my upline he was my sponsor! Now I did learn and use some of his techniques. They did produce some results but I just couldn’t no matter how hard I tried get the MLM duplication in my team!

Now remember what I said: It doesnt matter what works, what matters is what duplicates! It was working but just not duplicating! Now recruiting recruiting recruiting is so vital and you should never stop recruiting but if nothing duplicates and success doesn’t occur in your team then the bad word attrition comes rolling up your downline. Now you don’t have to be a genius in MLM to know that if your downline doesn’t have success then you will also suffer! Why wouldn’t we want the success of everyone anyway? That should be one of the reasons you joined your MLM company anyway.

Now lets get into MLM duplication a little further…

So lets use an example of MLM duplication and how what works doesn’t actually WORK! Lets say Joe is just a monster like my old sponsor (wow that rhymes, totally didn’t plan that and he is just so skilled and talented! He is good with words, can answer really quickly. Or maybe Joe is pretty popular or has great connections inside huge corporations! Now your thinking Joe is totally set and lucky right? ( I don’t believe in luck actually! Read the book The Magic of Thinking Big from David Schwartz)

Wrong! Joe’s skills actually can doom his success in MLM! Now Joe can go do it because it works for him. But it will not duplicate! Lets say Jane is not as good as Joe with words or is not popular as Joe.. so how can Jane duplicate his success? How can Joe get this MLM duplication going on in his team? MLM duplication is a benefit of Network Marketing… a large group of people doing a few simple things at a sustained period of time right? So Joe doesn’t want to put in 99% of his effort and his team 1% because then it would be pointless getting into this profession. The benefit of MLM Duplication is the other way around 1% of effort from a large group of people!

That’s what MLM is all about or should be! We want leverage! We want sustainability! Joe is not going to get that by doing some fancy things! That being said keep this in your mind…. What your doing everyday… can you duplicate that in your team? Does the MLM duplication work for what your doing? Can all of the people in your team do the same thing? If they can’t do what your doing everyday then you NEED to change what your doing! That’s why 3rd party tools are still TODAY important in MLM duplication! Thats why stories are so important! That’s why simple systems are so critical!

For you internet marketers or anyone of you wanting to get MLM duplication in your team doing some internet marketing. You need a system! Online or Offline or both! Joe can kill his success or MLM duplication if he continues to do those fancy things and what works!

But remember its not what works its what DUPLICATES!

MLM DUPLICATION IS THE KEY TO YOUR SUCCESS
