In network marketing, because we are self employed, we must hold ourselves to be active, being in the game, and to move our business forward.
We are responsible for all of that. There is more avoidance behavior in the network marketing industry than any other business!
There is more avoidance behavior in inside our profession network marketing and direct selling than any other kind of business! Stop the avoidance behavior and learn how to succeed in network marketing! Avoidance behavior is everywhere!!
What do I mean by that?
You can spend the whole week on watching all the training videos and listening to training and self development Cds. Or even Google on how to succeed in network marketing 
You might say “I am working really hard because I am reading this personal development book”. Or “I am working 
really hard because I am cleaning my office.”
Perhaps your working really hard because you are talking to other people that are already in your business. You discuss about how excited and motivated you all are! You talk about the great leadership and how you are going to make it big!
This is all avoidance behavior. You need to focus on measuring Golden Time! This is the key on how to succeed in network marketing business!
Golden Time is….
When you are actually talking to a prospect, when you are face to face with another prospect! It is doing a presentation for a prospect or with a prospect. Golden Time is following up with a prospect! Golden Time is any interaction you may have, for instance followup training, initial training with a brand new person etc..
Very important, you need to measure how much golden time you have per day and week. But also do not allow people in your organization get all caught up in personal development, or all caught up in planning or all caught up in attending meetings.
These factors are all important but more in important on how to succeed in network marketing is the money making activities! Yes you said it
GOLDEN TIME!
Get into golden time and focus on that!! That is your ticket to freedom!! This is how to succeed in network marketing! And your going to find, if you really focus on it, that you have very very little golden time, you are actually using!
Most of the time your closed for business. Your not open for business! Its open for business when your in golden time!
So here is a challenge for you.. write down exactly how much golden time you have done this week and be honest to yourself!
